SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Howbeyond.com/terms-and-conditions.
This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We provide standard flat-rate shipping for all orders for $8 to $45, which varies by the location. (Is currently, free during the promotional period.)
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard Flat rate (FREE SHIPPING) is valid on All international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions about some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Saturday
STANDARD SHIPPING TIME?
We aim to deliver your general orders within 8-15 business days. While delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability, most items arrive within this timeframe. In some cases, it may take up to 21 days, especially during peak seasons when shipping and processing may require a little extra time. We appreciate your understanding and are here to ensure you have a positive shopping experience!
To ensure you’re always in the loop, we’ll provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. This will allow you to monitor its progress and anticipate its arrival.

To help prevent any delays, we encourage you to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Thank you for being so patient; we’re here to help!
What to Do if Your Package is Delayed or Lost:
If you notice that your package is delayed or think it may be lost, don’t worry! We’re committed to helping you locate it as quickly as possible. Start by checking with your neighbors, as packages can sometimes be delivered nearby by mistake.
Once you’ve done that, please reach out to us. We’ll take the next steps and follow up with the shipping carrier on your behalf to investigate the issue thoroughly.
We primarily use USPS for our shipping, and rest assured, that your shipments are insured on a case-by-case basis. A package is considered lost only if it has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment.
In the rare event that your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, we recommend checking with neighbors and all entry points around your property. If it doesn’t show up within two business days, simply let us know, and we’ll investigate further.
While we strive to assist you, We take every possible measure to ensure your order is shipped securely and on time. Please be aware, that it’s important to note that [ We (HOWBEYOND) ] is not responsible for any packages lost by the Postal Service or for packages marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim/complaint can be filed for the item if it was shipped as Priority Mail. we’ll guide you through that process to make it as smooth as possible. However, if the carrier does not approve the claim, the products will not be replaced.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@howbeyond.com with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment. Please note that any order that has already been packed and shipped from the warehouse cannot be canceled.
